Again Team XRAY showed a great performance at round 2 of the German Nationals in Bischofsheim near Frankfurt where 127 drivers attended to crown the 2008 German Champion. XRAY was one of the most popular brands with 25 drivers running the XB808.

The two Team XRAY drivers, Oliver Simon and Markus Eirenschmalz, again showed very good performances and both made it into the main final. The XB808 was very fast on the very difficult track and was run with a mostly basic setup. After the 45 minute main, Oliver finished in 6th place only 10 seconds behind 2nd place. Markus had to quit the final due to engine problems and so finished 12th. In the final ranking, Oliver got a very good 4th place and Markus got 8th place.

Tim Bremiker won the race and is the new German Champion ahead of Daniel Reckward.
